The foundation will also roll out its flagship program, Keys Of Inspiration, to London's state primary schools in 2022.

The Lang Lang International Music Foundation has announced the opening of their UK Global Development office which will focus on expanding the foundation’s programs in the UK and worldwide.

Global Development Director Oli Rose, previously the foundation’s Creative Director, will lead the new office with the aim of expanding the foundation’s community of ambassadors and continuing to support children affected by bereavement, illness or limited life through music.

Rose said: ‘On a daily basis, we see first-hand how music education and experiences with music can impact a child’s life for the better. Not only with social development and confidence-building but with emotional connection, even in our current and collective hard times.’

Having partnered with charities Child Bereavement UK and Richard House Children's Hospice in 2021, the foundation will roll out its flagship program to London's state primary schools in 2022. The Keys Of Inspiration program (KOI) aims to redefine state school music education by integrating keyboard-centric group work into the curriculum.

The new office was announced at a London Gala dinner in December 2021 by Lang Lang and his partner Gina Alice.
