ISM launches annual survey of teaching rates

The survey will examine both face-to-face and online rates.
The Incorporated Society of Musicians has launched its latest annual survey of teaching, examining and accompanying rates.
The survey is open to both ISM members and non-members, and gathers information regarding:
- experience and qualifications
- private teaching
- part-time teaching, employed
- part-time teaching, self-employed
- accompanying and examining
The data gathered in the survey will give an accurate picture of the landscape of teaching in the UK, with findings broken down by region and specialism, and will provide a benchmarking resource for music education professionals when setting their rates.
